About the Business

Drawn to Polynesian tribal designs and inspired by nature, I sketch my intricate tribal designs on tabletops. Using painter’s tape, an Xacto knife and paint; an owl, octopus, Maui’s hook, and other designs come to light.

After creating two penny floor designs, people started sending me projects they believe I would like to try. One video was an amazing epoxy river table. Now this was not just 2-3 people, it was more like 20-25 people! So hey, why not?! I found a lovely cedar slab, with all the curves and knots I wanted. Then cut and sanded the planks (power tools, yay!), but carefully retaining the beautiful bark edges provided an area to pour colored epoxy resulting in Caribbean blue ocean scene or molten lava flowing through cedar plank tabletops. Thus, the business took off and trying new techniques and new approches with every new project.

I am always open for suggestions or new ideas!
